1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," or "you") and Jilicrow ("the Platform," "we," "us," or "our") governing your access to and use of the Jilicrow website, mobile platform, and all associated gaming services (collectively, the "Services").

By accessing the Jilicrow platform, creating an account, making a deposit, or participating in any game or promotion offered by Jilicrow, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree with any provision of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Services and close your account.

These Terms should be read in conjunction with Jilicrow's Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which are incorporated herein by reference and form part of the overall agreement between you and Jilicrow.

2. Eligibility & Age Requirement

To be eligible to use the Jilicrow Services, you must satisfy all of the following conditions:

• You are at least 21 years of age;
• You are a resident of or physically located in a jurisdiction where online gaming is permitted under applicable law;
• You are not a person who has been previously excluded or banned from the Jilicrow platform;
• You are not an employee, contractor, director, or officer of Jilicrow, nor an immediate family member of such a person;
• You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent or representative of any third party;
• You are not suffering from a gambling addiction or have not been advised by a medical professional to refrain from gambling activities.

Jilicrow reserves the right to request documentary proof of age and identity at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory verification documents within the timeframe specified by Jilicrow may result in suspension or permanent closure of your account.

3. Account Registration

Each individual may hold only one registered account on the Jilicrow platform. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate termination of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any funds held therein.

When registering an account with Jilicrow, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information as required by the registration form;
• Maintain and promptly update your account information to keep it accurate and complete;
• Keep your login credentials, including your password and any two-factor authentication codes, strictly confidential;
• Notify Jilicrow immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorized access to or use of your account;
• Accept full responsibility for all activities conducted through your account, whether authorized by you or not, unless you have notified Jilicrow of unauthorized access in a timely manner.

Jilicrow reserves the right to refuse account registration to any applicant at its sole discretion, without obligation to provide a reason for such refusal.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

Jilicrow supports deposits and withdrawals via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and other payment methods as may be made available from time to time. All transactions are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱) unless otherwise specified.

Deposits are generally credited to your Jilicrow account balance promptly upon confirmation from the relevant payment provider. Jilicrow is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors, banking institutions, or network disruptions beyond our reasonable control.

Regarding withdrawals, the following conditions apply:

• Withdrawals will only be processed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit, subject to the availability of that method for withdrawals;
• You must complete all applicable identity verification requirements before a withdrawal request will be processed;
• Jilicrow reserves the right to impose minimum and maximum withdrawal limits, which will be communicated to you through the platform;
• Withdrawal requests are subject to review and may be delayed if Jilicrow has reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent activity, money laundering, or a breach of these Terms;
• Jilicrow will not process withdrawals to third-party accounts or payment methods not registered in your name.

All deposits and withdrawals are subject to applicable anti-money laundering (AML) checks. Jilicrow complies with Philippine AML regulations and may be required to report suspicious transactions to the relevant authorities.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

Jilicrow may offer bonuses, free spins, cashback, and other promotional incentives to registered players from time to time. All bonuses and promotions are subject to specific terms and wagering requirements that will be communicated at the time the offer is made.

• Bonus funds must be wagered a specified number of times before they or any associated winnings may be withdrawn;
• Jilicrow reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice;
• Only one bonus may be active at a time unless explicitly stated otherwise in the promotion terms;
• Bonuses are intended for personal recreational use only and may not be exploited through systematic betting strategies designed to circumvent wagering requirements;
• Jilicrow reserves the right to void bonuses and any associated winnings if it determines that a player has abused the bonus system.

6. Gameplay Rules

All games available on the Jilicrow platform are governed by individual game rules, which are accessible within each game interface. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and the specific rules of a game, the specific game rules shall prevail with respect to that game.

Jilicrow uses certified random number generation (RNG) technology to ensure that all game outcomes are fair, random, and independent of previous results. The return-to-player (RTP) percentages for each game are published within the game information section.

In the event of a technical malfunction, disconnection, or system error during gameplay, Jilicrow will make reasonable efforts to resolve the issue and restore the game to its last confirmed state. Jilicrow's decision regarding the outcome of any disputed game round shall be final and binding.

7. Prohibited Conduct

You agree that you will not engage in any of the following conduct while using the Jilicrow platform:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other artificial means to interact with the platform or gain an unfair advantage in any game;
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes or exploit promotional offers;
• Engaging in any form of fraud, including but not limited to chargeback fraud, identity fraud, or payment fraud;
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise tamper with any software or system used by Jilicrow;
• Using the platform for any purpose that violates applicable Philippine law or the laws of any other applicable jurisdiction;
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing Jilicrow staff, support agents, or other players;
• Creating multiple accounts or allowing another person to use your account;
• Depositing funds derived from illegal activities or using the platform for money laundering purposes.

Jilicrow reserves the right to investigate any suspected breach of this section and to take appropriate action, including immediate account suspension, permanent termination, and referral to law enforcement authorities where warranted.

8. Responsible Gaming

9. Intellectual Property

All content on the Jilicrow platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, game assets, software, audio, video, and the overall design and layout of the platform, is the exclusive property of Jilicrow or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Jilicrow platform solely for your personal, non-commercial recreational purposes. This licence does not permit you to reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any content from the platform without the prior written consent of Jilicrow.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Jilicrow, its directors, officers, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the Services.

Jilicrow does not warrant that the platform will be available at all times, free from errors, or free from viruses or other harmful components. The Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, to the fullest extent permissible under applicable law.

In jurisdictions that do not allow the exclusion or limitation of liability for consequential or incidental damages, Jilicrow's liability shall be limited to the maximum extent permitted by law. In no event shall Jilicrow's total aggregate liability to you exceed the total amount deposited by you into your Jilicrow account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

11. Termination

Jilicrow reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate your account and access to the Services at any time, with or without notice, for any reason including but not limited to:

• A breach of any provision of these Terms;
• Suspected fraudulent, illegal, or abusive activity;
• Failure to complete identity verification within the required timeframe;
• A request by a regulatory authority or law enforcement agency;
• Jilicrow's decision to discontinue the Services in whole or in part.

Upon termination for cause, Jilicrow reserves the right to withhold any balance in your account pending investigation. If no breach is established following investigation, any remaining balance net of applicable deductions will be returned to you via your registered payment method. Bonus funds and associated winnings are not refundable upon termination for cause.

You may close your account at any time by contacting Jilicrow support. Upon voluntary closure, any remaining real-money balance will be refunded to your registered payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding verification requirements.

12. Governing Law

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms or your use of the Jilicrow platform that cannot be resolved through good-faith negotiation between the parties shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.

13. Amendments to These Terms

Jilicrow reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, Jilicrow will notify registered players via the email address associated with their account and/or by posting a prominent notice on the platform.

Your continued use of the Jilicrow platform following the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree with the amended Terms, you must cease using the Services and close your account before the effective date of the changes.
